Save. this is the lech forum and whereas you can ski from st anton to lech, or vice versa, i doubt that you will have your laundry in your back pack. :) if your pension says dont worry, then they can probably do this for you or put Some Hotel isolated on the mountain or just a hotel where you can ski a short way to a lift.
